Christmas Mini Shoots

We can’t wait to see you in October for some sparkly Christmas photo magic! Here’s the lowdown on what to expect:

What are the different themes?
Our Festive Fun theme is made up of three physical backdrops – items that your children can see and touch, enjoy themselves and relax in front of the camera. This year we will have: Christmas Village (new for 2025!), Festive Kitchen and our beautiful Christmas Portrait.

Our Winter Magic theme features three digital backgrounds – these are all shot against a black or white screen, but with the help of some Elf Magic we transport your little ones to mystical, faraway places to create stunning Christmas photos that your family and friends will adore! This year’s line-up will include Santa’s Workshop, Magical Window and Snowy Sleigh (new for 2025!). Book here!

How much is the shoot?
£25 per theme, or £37.50 for both themes -buy one get one half price. The shoot fee includes your mini shoot, which will take between 10-15 minutes for both themes (so little ones don’t have the chance to get bored or grumpy!), and a sweet treat for both the adults and children in your family group.

How much are the photos?
Our photo packages range from £50-£240, with matching print and digital photo options, as well as the option to add bespoke Christmas cards (with removable gift photo print) and photo bundles if these aren’t included in your chosen package. How does it work?
Once you have booked your timeslot, you will be emailed a confirmation with your date and time. You will receive all the full package details and options by 19th September, so you can have a look through and work out which packages might suit your family best. We will also advise on when to arrive, where all the facilities are onsite, and all our top tips on what to wear.

On the day, head into the Hayes Room which will transport you to our mini Christmas Wonderland! Our team will take you through the different backdrops and scenes, taking your photos as we go, having lots of fun and laughs with your little one(s). In the background, our elves will be checking your photos and making sure everything is looking fabulous as we work our way around.

Each background and pose requires a certain angle and specific lighting, so our senior team will check and chose the very best photo for each scene, so you can simply enjoy the shoot (no need to sit and flick through lots of photos to choose!).

At the end of the shoot, you can look through the photo package display so you can order the package you would like and any add-ons you’d like to include. Payment is then taken, and you can head off to enjoy the rest of your day together!

When will the photos be ready?
All images will be uploaded to your password-protected gallery on Friday 7th November, so you can choose which images you’d like in which size and which images you’d like in Christmas cards (all dependant on your package choice) before Tuesday 11th November. Book here!
